PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A driver involved in a fatal collision near Troutdale has been arrested. 

The crash happened Wednesday evening in the 29400 block of Southeast Stark Street just south of the Stark Street Bridge. A Toyota and a Kia Soul were involved in the wreck. 

The Toyota rolled onto its roof and the driver was extricated by first responders but died at the scene. Officials later identified the driver as 33-year-old Emma Quinn of Missouri. 

The driver of the Kia was taken to a hospital with serious injuries. Two other people in the Kia were also transported to a hospital to be checked. 

On Friday, the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office said the injured driver — 33-year-old Edward Johnson — was booked into jail on multiple charges, including manslaughter and drunk driving. 

Authorities said Johnson had a blood alcohol content of 0.21.
