PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Three men who attacked a KOIN Tower security guard shortly after midnight Saturday morning were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
The attack was caught on security cameras. The guard suffered a fractured skull, broken nose and other injuries, KOIN 6 News learned.
The suspects were arrested and identified as George Chumachenko, 19, Vasiliy Yashchuk, 19 and 20-year-old Andrea Feyster. All were released on their own recognizance after being booked for a misdemeanor.
At this time, the security guard is “not interested in pursuing charges,” Portland police told KOIN 6 News. He’s been given information on how to do that if he changes his mind.
