You can help the city of Albuquerque by simply sharing pictures of your natural surroundings.
It’s part of the City Nature Challenge—a friendly competition among communities around the world, organized by the California Academy of Sciences.
To participate, you’ll need to download the iNaturalist app, and share pictures of creatures and plants you see around Bernalillo County between April 26-29.
Even if you don’t know what they are, naturalists will help identify each species.
