An Albuquerque girl got her Make-A-Wish granted, and it will give her a chance to enjoy the great outdoors.

Monday, Jennah and her family were surprised with a new camper.

“My favorite thing is going camping,” Jennah said.

Jennah was diagnosed with leukemia just days before her 4th birthday. She has spent the past year and a half in the hospital.

“She’s walking and jumping…something we hadn’t seen in the past year and a half,” Jennah’s mom, Cecilia Keith, said.

Jennah’s family goes camping at least five times a year, and they say they’re grateful for the camper.

Make-A-Wish New Mexico teamed up with Garcia Subaru North to hold a spring celebration. The car dealership also donated about $30,000 to Make-A-Wish.
