ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE)- A suspect is in custody following a police situation in northwest Albuquerque on Friday morning.
The area of westbound Irving at Golf Course was briefly blocked around 11:40 a.m. due to police activity. The Albuquerque Police Department reports that SWAT has been called related to a domestic aggravated assault.
APD says the suspect has since been taken into custody and the perimeter will be cleared shortly.
