New Mexico pueblos will be receiving new money to help clean their air and water.
U.S. Senators Tom Udall and Martin Heinrich along with U.S. Representatives Ben Ray Lujan announced they will receive $2.1 million in grants from the EPA.
The money will support cleanup projects at a dozen different pueblos.
It hopes to address environmental hazards, reduce exposure to dangerous chemicals and prevent pollution.
