Authorities ID victim in deadly crash in western South Dakota

State officials have identified the Rapid City man killed in a single-vehicle crash in the Black Hills.
Thirty-five-year-old Jeremy Smith was killed in Saturday's crash north of Rapid City, according to the South Dakota Department of Public Safety.
Troopers say Smith was driving a pickup when it left the roadway and hit a culvert. Smith was thrown from the vehicle.
