UPDATE, 10/14:

Authorities say the fugitive wanted in the death of a Sioux Falls man has been arrested in Georgia.

Nineteen-year-old Damion Chavez was arrested Sunday, according to the Lowndes County, Ga. Sheriff's Office.

Law enforcement officials issued a warrant for first-degree murder on Chavez after 28-year-old Mohammed Yaqoub of Sioux Falls was shot and killed in a Fort Dodge, Iowa home Friday night.

WCTV reports a deputy saw a vehicle believed to be transporting Chavez on I-75 in south central Georgia. The deputy pulled the vehicle over, and arrested Chavez without incident.

Fort Dodge police say Chavez has been charged with robbery and first-degree murder. A 16-year-old boy also has been arrested on suspicion of aiding and abetting a robbery.
