Come out and see the KSN crew on our Summer Road Trip! We will be heading out visiting many towns around Kansas on the week of July 22, 2019, highlighting the great things to do in communities across Kansas and telling stories along the way.

Arrival times are approximate and may be impacted by our travel schedule. We have a lot of stops to make on our road trip so our stops will be brief. Don’t be late to come say hi and snap a picture with the KSN team and upload it to our Summer Road Trip Photo Contest!

And we’re off! It’s Day 1 of the KSN Summer Road Trip

Here’s a breakdown of when and where you can find us.

Day 1: Monday, July 22

9:00 a.m. – Kingman

We are starting our day with a stop at the National Guard Armory at 111 S. Main Street.

10:00 a.m. – Arlington

We expect to be near Main Street and Algona Street, near downtown Arlington.

11:30 a.m. – Hutchinson

Come see us at Clayworks, 1125 N Main Street while we broadcast live for our noon show.

1:00 p.m. – Hesston

We will be at the King Park Aquatic Center at 500 N Ridge Road.

2:00 p.m. – McPherson

Come join us at Midway Motors at 2075 E. Kansas Ave.

3:00 p.m. – Lindsborg

We will be along Main Street, in front of the White Peacock Tea and Coffee Company at 124 S Main Street.

4:15 p.m. – Salina

We will finish up Monday at Oakdale Park in Salina around 4:15, sharing stories during our 5 & 6 p.m. newscasts. We plan to be near the Eric Stein Stage.

Day 2: Tuesday, July 23

8:30 a.m. – Minneapolis

Our first stop Tuesday morning will be at Rock City Park at 1051 Ivy Rd. in Minneapolis.

10:00 a.m. – Lucas

In Lucas, come see us at the Garden of Eden. It’s located at 305 E. 2nd Street.

11:30 a.m. – Russell

In Russell, you can find us at the Dream Theater during the mid-day shows. That’s at 629 North Main.

1:30 p.m. – Ellsworth

Come join us at the Chamber of Commerce office in Ellsworth at 104 N. Douglas Ave.

2:30 p.m. – Claflin

We will be stopping by Miller’s of Claflin at 200 Main St.

3:15 p.m. – Hoisington

We will be at the park on Main Street between 1st and 2nd.

4:15 p.m. – Great Bend

We wrap up Tuesday with a stop by Jack Kilby Square on Main Street. Come by and say hello while we report live during our early evening newscasts.

Day 3: Wednesday, July 24

9:00 a.m. – La Crosse

Wednesday starts with a stop in La Crosse. We’ll be stopping by the Barbed Wire Museum on 1st Street.

10:00 a.m. – Hays

Come join us at the Downtown Pavilion at 10th and Main.

11:30 a.m. – Wa Keeney

Next stop is Christmas Town! We’ll be in downtown Wa Keeney near Railroad and Main at the North Pole to report on our road trip.

1:30 p.m. – Ness City

We will be near the Ness County Bank Building near Pennsylvania and Main Street. Stop by and say hello!

3:00 p.m. – Scott City

In Scott City, join us at the Veterans Memorial on 4th Street.

4:30 p.m. – Garden City

The last stop of the day will be Stevens Park on Main Street in Garden City and we’ll report live during our newscasts.

Day 4: Thursday, July 25

8:30 a.m. – Sublette

We start off Thursday in Sublette. Come see us near Park Ave and North Inman Street.

9:45 a.m. – Meade

In Meade, we’ll be stopping by the city park at 19 Road and U.S. 54.

11:30 a.m. – Dodge City

We’ll be at the Long Branch Lagoon on 4th street around 11:30 a.m. We’ll continue telling stories during our noon newscast.

1:45 p.m. – Kinsley

We’ll be checking out Midway Park Thursday afternoon. It’s near 10th Street and Winchester Avenue. Come on by and say hi!

2:45 p.m. – Greensburg

We’ll be at the Big Well Museum on Sycamore Street in Greensburg.

4:30 p.m. – Pratt

We’ll be at 6th Street Park in Pratt to end our day and share our reports from our stops that day.

Day 5: Friday, July 26

8:45 a.m. – Medicine Lodge

Friday morning starts with a stop at the Stockade Museum on Fowler Avenue in Medicine Lodge.

9:45 a.m. – Anthony

Come join us in downtown Anthony. We’ll be by the 9/11 Memorial Park, near Main & Lawrence.

11:30 a.m. – Wellington

We’ll be in Wellington for mid-day shows. Come see us at Heritage Park at 204 North Washington, by the Chamber of Commerce.

2:00 p.m. – Ark City

In Ark City, we’ll be stopping by the beautiful Burford Theatre in South Summit.

4:00 p.m. – Winfield

We wrap up our week at Island Park in Winfield. Come down and give us a wave as we wrap up our live reports.
