Las Vegas is a great place to celebrate the Fourth of July or most any holiday.
Here's what's going on around town that we know about so far:

PARADE

The 25th annual Summerlin Council Patriotic Parade will feature more than 70 entries this year, including the return of the popular Vegas Golden Knights themed float sponsored by City National Bank that debuted last year. There will also be giant inflatable ballons, American military heroes, bands, musical groups and a variety of kids’ favorite storybook and cartoon characters. More than 2,500 people are participating in the parade and more than 500 volunteers from dozens of local schools and community groups are assisting with parade operations. The parade is organized by The Summerlin Council, the nonprofit arm of the Summerlin Community Association dedicated to the social, educational and recreational enrichment of residents. The parade is open to the public. Everyone is encouraged to arrive early, bring water and wear sunscreen. The parade begins at 9 a.m. July 4 at the corner of Hillpointe Rd. and Hills Center Dr. in The Trails village of Summerlin. Participants travel south toward Village Center Circle, then west on Trailwood Drive. The parade ends near the corner of Trailwood Drive and Spring Gate Lane.

PARTIES AND SHOWS

Yankee Doodle at the Pool is happening July 3 at most City of Las Vegas pools. Participate in water games and other activities in honor of the 4th of July holiday. Noon to 4 p.m. except Doolittle Pool (1 to 5 pm.).

Guests can enjoy an incredible sunset cruise aboard a yacht by La Contessa, as well as endless hors d’oeuvres, live entertainment and party favors. At 9 p.m. July 5, Lake Las Vegas will light up the sky with two fireworks displays by The Village Lake Las Vegas and The Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa. Tickets are $50 per person and can be purchased here.

Boulder City’s 71st annual Damboree Celebration welcomes locals and visitors alike for a Fourth of July party at Bicentennial Park, Broadbent Park and Veterans Memorial Park, from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. July 4. The all-day spectacular will include a pancake breakfast followed by a parade from Colorado Street to Broadbent Park. After the parade and into the afternoon, Broadbent Park will host fun activities including games, vendor booths, and a legendary water fight. The fun will continue into the night at Veterans Memorial Park and at dusk, an amazing pyrotechnic show will take over the sky for all to experience.

Visit Bally’s Blu Pool this Fourth of July weekend and wade your cares away at this hidden oasis located at the center of the Las Vegas Strip. Open to the public all summer, Blu features early bird specials of 2-for-1 Belvedere Bloody Marys or mimosas from 10 -11 a.m. daily or stay for happy hour from 4-6 p.m. and enjoy half off frozen cocktails and $35 beer buckets. Catch DJs as well as a taco stand (only on 7/6) serving up shrimp ceviche, barbacoa beef tacos and chicken tinga tacos to satisfy your poolside cravings.

Chateau Nightclub & Rooftop at Paris Las Vegaswill celebrate Fourth of July weekend starting on July 4 with DJ appearances and an official Ultimate Fighting Champion (UFC) 239 after party for Ben “Funky” Askren on July 6. The weekend-long celebration will begin on Chateau’s industry night, July 4, with performances by DJ Bayati and DJ Casanova. The holiday celebration will continue on July 6 with a UFC after party for Askren, who is favored to win his fight against Jorge Masvidal.

Cowabunga Bay is celebrating the 4th of July with a DJ, free face painting, free balloon animals, a BBQ food truck and concessions and fireworks at the end of the evening. Discount with coupon from La Bonita Supermarkets.

Crazy Horse III, located at 3525 W. Russell Rd., will raise a cold one to ‘Merica with a Red, White and Beer viewing party, complete with a patriotic, domestic beer bucket special, priced at $20, and beautiful views of Las Vegas’ fireworks display. Barely dressed in red, white and blue, Crazy Horse 3’s voluptuous entertainers will fill the room with American pride on Thursday, July 4th.

The ACM Award-winning country music group Eli Young Band is performing on Fremont Street as part of the 2019 Downtown Rocks Concert Series.

Throughout the weekend, Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis at Caesars Palace invites guests to bask in the sun in style with special pop-ups like a flower crown/Laurel bar and tattoo bar, as well as drink specials, games, a BBQ grill at Apollo pool, prizes and more. Those looking for a vibe should check out the Cove Beach summer takeover at Venus Pool + Lounge with DJ Dany Neville spinning on Saturday and JMRK grilling up Caribbean flavors on Sundays. Spanning the entire weekend, Spanish Steps plaza area will feature lawn games like cornhole, beer pong, giant Jenga and more. A DJ will be spinning the hits, a hot dog cart will be making the rounds and Tito's Handmade Vodka will bring out its impressive airstream.

The ladies of FANTASY, Luxor Hotel and Casino's award-winning adult revue, will offer free gifts and discounted tickets to veterans and active-duty military members who attend the show at 10:30 p.m. July 4. Military personnel, both veterans and active members alike, will be offered a 50 percent discount on tickets for the Fourth of July show, as well as complimentary 2019 “The Golden Goddesses of FANTASY” calendars. Audience members will be treated to a patriotic performance by lead singer Lorena Peril to honor the military attendees. Following the performance on Fourth of July, all guests who present a ticket stub for that night’s show at the merchandise stand will receive a complimentary calendar. In addition, all audience members will be invited to meet the FANTASY cast, as well as have an opportunity for autographs and photos.

The Strip-side Bird Bar at Flamingo Las Vegas will host a firework viewing party with a $50 open bar package, including domestic and import beer, well cocktails and house margaritas. This package will be available from 8-10 p.m. on the patio. On July 6, Go Pool Dayclub at Flamingo Las Vegas will host songstress Ally Brooke’s birthday bash, and on Sunday, July 7, Sisqo will take the stage. Book your day beds and cabanas now as the weekend is forecasted to be sizzling hot.

The City of Henderson will host its annual Fourth of July celebration on July 4. The family-friendly event at Heritage Park, 350 E. Racetrack Rd., will feature live music, activities for kids and lawn games, and will conclude with a 22-minute fireworks display at 9 p.m. Admission to the event and parking is free. Gates open at 4 p.m. A blanket is recommended. Food and beverage vendors will be on site for the event.

Pull up your cowboy boots and get ready to dance! Honky Tonk at The Tank returns for its second event of the summer at Golden Nugget Las Vegas on July 4 at 9 p.m. Celebrate the Fourth of July listening to live music poolside from local honky tonk band, The Rhyolite Sound. This free event invites guests 21 and over to enjoy beer bucket specials and complimentary samples at downtown’s liveliest pool.

Celebrate Fourth of July weekend with the whole family at The LINQ Promenade. Beginning on July 4 through the weekend, guests can celebrate with free nightly concerts at 8 p.m. on The LINQ Promenade Fountain Stage. Families can ride the iconic High Roller and take part in the daily block party from 1-6 p.m. with activities like: a caricature artist, water balloon contests and create your own art using water pistols.

Eureka Casino Resort will continue the tradition of Rockets Over the Red Mesa on July 4. A community vendor village opens at 6 p.m. There will be a 75-minute live performance by the Nevada POPS Orchestra starting at 8 p.m., followed by fireworks at 9 p.m. The orchestra will accompany the fireworks show to celebrate Independence Day in true American style. This is a family-friendly event and everyone is invited to attend. Guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs to the viewing area, which will be set up behind the resort.

PT’s Taverns, with 65 locations throughout the Las Vegas Valley and Nevada, including PT’s Pub, PT’s Gold, PT’s Ranch, PT’s Brewing Company, Sean Patrick’s, Sierra Gold and SG Bar, will celebrate Fourth of July with special offers at all locations from July 4 to 6. PT’s will offer $4 quarter-pound burgers and $4 Bud or Bud Light pints throughout the three days. Specialty hot dogs will also be available, which will include a regular hot dog, priced at $3; the New Yorker, served with brown mustard and sauerkraut, priced at $4; a Bratwurst, served with three-mustard sauce, priced at $4; the Chicago, served with pickles, tomato, sport peppers, Chicago-style relish, onion, celery salt and yellow mustard, priced at $5; the Ballpark, served with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, bacon and fried onions, priced at $5; a Chili and Cheese dog, topped with chili and shredded cheddar cheese, priced at $5; and the BC&B, a bacon-wrapped hot dog topped with beer cheese, priced at $6.

Sapphire Pool & Dayclub is celebrating with a night swim and special showing of "JAWS!" on July 4. The fun begins at 4 p.m. with sun-soaked sirens. Swimmers are invited to declare independence from the restrictions of T-shirts and bikini tops. Partygoers are also encouraged to express their ‘jaw’-some costume creativity and enter SPDC’s Best Costume Contest for a chance to win $500. When the clock strikes 9:15 p.m., Sapphire guests can enjoy the time-honored traditional fireworks show that lights up the sky over the famous Las Vegas Strip! n true American form, SPDC is proud to pledge a portion of proceeds from this Fourth of July event to the Wounded Warrior Project.

Skye Canyon Park is hosting a Fourth of July Celebration for all ages starting at 6:30 p.m. July 4. Bring the family to enjoy DJ music, live performances, food, beverages and an amazing fireworks display. Free refreshments while supplies last. The first 500 people in the park will receive a free American flag. Bring blankets and low-back chairs to be more comfortable during the fireworks. The STRAT Hotel, Casino and SkyPod will welcome a long Fourth of July weekend with a four-day celebration on the SkyPod’s newly remodeled Observation Deck and thrill rides from July 4 – July 7. The Observation Deck and rides will offer breathtaking views of fireworks displays on the Las Vegas Strip and throughout the city. One-day unlimited ride passes for X-Scream, Insanity and Big Shot, all located at the top of the SkyPod, will be priced at $44.95 each day of the holiday weekend. One-day admission to the SkyPod’s Observation Deck, located 1,149 feet above ground level, will be priced at $25 on July 4. The new Observation Deck offers 360-degree views of the Las Vegas Valley along with flavorful bites and refreshing cocktails at the new 108 Eats by James Trees and 108 Drinks.

Wet'n'Wild Las Vegas is celebrating the Fourth of July all weekend long with dive-in movies, foam parties, fireworks and a free concert by Drew Baldridge. On July 4, the park will open at 10:30 a.m. Following a day of fun in the sun, guests will enjoy a spectacular fireworks display lighting up the night sky at 8:30 p.m. The summer festivities will continue July 5 with the park’s “dive-in movies” series, serving as the perfect way to end a summer night. Beginning at 8 p.m. on July 5, the park will be screening Captain America: The First Avenger at the Red Rock Bay wave pool.

On July 6, at 1 p.m., a family foam party will kick off an afternoon of fun. The sudsy spectacle is entertaining for the entire family. At 2 p.m., young, local, up-and-coming DJs will play today’s top hits at the Red Rock Bay wave pool. At 6 p.m. at the Red Rock Bay wave pool stage, Drew Baldridge, up-and-coming country star will perform, courtesy of 95.5 The Bull. The concert is free with park admission. Prior to the concert, Drew will host a meet-and-greet for fans beginning at 5 p.m. The eventful evening will conclude with a screening of Raiders of the Lost Ark as the evening dive-in movie.

You’ll be seeing fireworks when you hear about this July 4 special! On July 4 and every Thursday at Americana, guests can enjoy a $25 18 oz. T-Bone steak with a side of seasonal veggies.

Atomic Liquors
Party like it’s 1776! Head down to Atomic Liquors on Fremont Street to celebrate the Fourth of July with a shot and a beer special featuring a shot of Jack Daniel’s Fire and Montucky Cold Snacks Beer.

BEER PARK at Paris Las Vegas will host a rooftop celebration featuring Fourth of July cocktails this Independence Day, all day on Thursday, July 4. BEER PARK will offer two themed cocktails throughout the day, the Freedom Bowl, a sharable 50-ounce fish-bowl cocktail made with Skyy Infusions Watermelon Vodka, watermelon juice, two Bomb Pop popsicles and festive star straws, priced at $45; and the Peach Sparkler, made with Crown Royal Peach Whisky, ginger ale and a festive star straw, priced at $13.

Cabo Wabo Cantina, located Strip-side in the Miracle Mile Shops, is celebrating Independence Day the ‘All-American’ way with a special USA-inspired cocktail from Monday, July 1 through Sunday, July 7. Holiday partiers may celebrate by sipping on the ‘All-American’ cocktail, made with Absolut Citron, simple syrup, sweet and sour, Sprite, grenadine and blue curacao, priced at $13, while soaking up the sun on the outdoor patio overlooking the Strip.

Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar will feature a taco cart, street food, corn on the cobb as well as watermelon jalapeno margaritas. Country music and DJs will kick things up on July 4.

Doughp This Fourth of July, Dessert lovers can purchase Doughp’s limited-edition “Firewerk” flavor made with red dough topped with red, white, and blue sprinkles and marshmallow sauce. The special flavor is available starting Monday, July 1 through Wednesday, July 31

This Fourth of July, guests looking to celebrate Independence Day in an exciting new way can mosey on down to Estiatorio Milos at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, where the beloved seafood restaurant is serving up a themed Winemaker’s Table Dinner in honor of the holiday. The lavish, six-course feast ($79) will compare beloved wines from the U.S. with their counterparts from Greece, with guests enjoying traditional Greek recipes alongside American varietals and vice versa. Flour & Barley at The LINQ Promenade – From July 2 to July 8, Flour & Barley will feature the Red White & Bang pizza made with pepperoni, sausage, bacon, red onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, and jalapeno for $19.

Boasting one of the best dining room views on the Strip, GIADA at The Cromwell will offer premiere seating during the city’s dazzling firework displays. Premium window seating starts at 8 p.m. and includes complimentary prosecco. Reservations and an $85 minimum are required.

Haute Doggery will serve up the All-American Dog, topped with BBQ pork, creamy coleslaw, BBQ sauce and crispy firecracker onions.

Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas is celebrating 4th of July with specialty cocktails, beer, BBQ and live entertainment. As a starter, enjoy a hearty and refreshing wedge salad served with red onion rings, bacon bits, chopped eggs, cherry tomatoes and a Bavarian blue cheese dressing. For a main course, indulge in a specialty dish of ribs and smoked brats featuring barbecue baby back ribs and a smoked jalapeno-cheddar brat with generous portions of homemade coleslaw, corn on the cob, seasoned potato wedges garnished with bacon and barbecue sauce on the side. Sparks will fly at MB Steak, located inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, for Fourth of July with a holiday-exclusive cocktail, available from Monday, July 1 through Sunday, July 7. The patriotic red, white and blue ‘MB Sparkler,’ is made with Malibu Coconut Rum, Flor de Cana rum, sweet and sour, club soda and muddled mint and strawberry, giving a vibrant red hue to the libation. The MB Sparkler, priced at $15, is garnished with fresh blueberries and finished with a coconut-flaked rim, reminiscent of a sparkler.

Party with Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant on Fourth of July Weekend at Downtown Summerlin. You won’t want to miss the firework explosion with the Firecracker margarita – made with Campo Azul tequila, rimmed with red Pop Rocks and garnished with an American Flag.

Sprinkles at The LINQ Promenade will feature a new Red, White & Blue layer cake from Monday, July 1 to Sunday, July 7. A Fourth of July Box will also be offered during that time with red velvet, dark chocolate, gluten free lemon blueberry, as well as a Americana mini sampler.

STK Las Vegas
All guests who make dinner reservations for Monday, July 1 through Sunday, July 7, 2019 will receive a $25 dining credit towards their dinner reservation and can enjoy $17.76 Red, White & Blue Steak topping of lobster tail, blue corn tortilla & garlic cream.

Studio B Buffet at M Resort will offer a special holiday menu to mark the holiday featuring such dishes as grilled whole mesquite smoked apricot glazed BBQ pork ribs, hickory smoked beef brisket, whole roasted crispy lechon pig, smoked turkey legs, grilled pork kielbasa sausage, Blue Moon beer butt-tequila lime rubbed whole chicken, mesquite BBQ “kick butt” pulled pork sliders with coleslaw as well as more than 200 buffet items, including vegan and Indian inspired dishes, elaborate desserts, a coffee bar, and much more. Guests can also indulge in the omelet bar, available until 3 p.m., and enjoy complimentary beer and wine throughout the day. The buffet is $24.99 for adults and $17.99 for children (ages 3-8).

Tom’s Urban inside New York-New York Hotel & Casino is inviting guests to celebrate the Fourth of July all weekend long on the bridge with Modelo draft ($8) and bucket specials (5 beers for $35), along with regular happy hour specials. A food tent will also be serving hot dogs, burgers, and pulled pork sliders for guests to enjoy. The celebration on the bridge will feature cabana tents, extra seating to view the fireworks, and 2 DJs Thursday – Saturday from 4 p.m. to close. Also, enjoy half off anything that poors from 2 to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11 p.m. to close Sunday through Thursday.

TREVI Italian Restaurant, located in The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, will celebrate Independence Day with a specialty Red, White and BOOM cocktail available exclusively on Thursday, July 4. The Italian restaurant’s patriotic Red, White and BOOM cocktail is a strawberry margarita made with triple sec, tequila, Blue Curacao, sweet and sour mix, fresh strawberry and lime, priced at $10.

Virgil’s Real Barbecue at The LINQ Promenade will celebrate Independence Day with The Rib Fest. A plate stacked full of regional styles of ribs from across the U.S., the Rib Fest feeds two people and includes Memphis, Lamb, St. Louis, Baby Back and Beef Ribs along with a choice of two sides, cucumber salad and homemade cornbread. The special dish will be available July 4-7 for $59.95.

Sundance Helicopters will be flying over the Las Vegas Strip for a bird's eye view of the city's fireworks shows on July 4. An exclusive picnic option is also available where guests land atop a secluded scenic overlook with the Las Vegas skyline to the east and a backdrop of the fiery cliffs of Red Rock Canyon to the west – all while taking in views of the magnificent fireworks displays throughout the valley. There are 60 seats available for the fireworks tour starting from $269 per person. The exclusive 4th of July Twilight Picnic experience starts at $299 per person.
