Las Vegas police search for man who used 'threatening note' in robbery

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Las Vegas police are searching for a man suspected of robbing a business with a threatening note, authorities say.

The robbery happened on July 19 around 3 p.m. at a business on the 4000 block of South Buffalo Drive, near Buffalo Drive and Flamingo Road.

Police say the suspect entered the building and gave a threatening note to an employee demanding money. Although threatened, police say the employee was unharmed.

The suspect is described by officers as 6'0" and approximately 30-40 years old with a skinny build.

He was last seen wearing a tan hat, aviator style glasses, mesh netting around head, long sleeve blue and white plaid shirt, khaki pants and black shoes.
