The following is a roundup of breaking news from around the Las Vegas valley.

7:29 P.M.
Las Vegas police responded to assist a woman that had a hard landing while hang gliding near the Jean Dray Lake Beds. The woman was airlifted by Mercy Air to UMC Trauma with critical injuries.

4:34 P.M.
Clark County Fire Department responded to fire on 2nd floor of Candlewood Suite at 4034 Paradise Road. The small fire was put out in minutes. No injuries reported.

3:30 P.M.
San Bernardino County Fire responded to a semi-truck crossing a center divider and crashing into eight cars on northbound Interstate 15 at mile marker 116 near Baker, California. There were at least 15 people injured but no known fatalities.

8:08 A.M.
A man was arrested Saturday morning after throwing rocks at a RTC bus bear Foremaster and Main Street. The man was arrested. 2 people were transported to hospital.

4:24 A.M.
Las Vegas Fire & Rescue responded to a fire in an abandoned home at 2596 Stratford Avenue around 4:24 a.m. The house was fully engulfed upon arrival. The fie was under control by 5;20 a.m.
