Great tool to see where smoke is heading from the many wildfires in our state

Kenai Peninsula Borough officials are sharing with the public a link to a great tool to see where smoke is going.

The site is called Blue Sky and it looks to a part of the Department of Agriculture Forest Service.

The tool lets you see in almost real-time how far smoke is going. For example, Friday morning you can see that smoke from possibly the McKinley Fire made its way into Anchorage.
