BILLINGS — Downtown Billings will play host to the biggest outdoor party of the summer this weekend. It's the annual Billings Clinic Classic, but this year it will be served with a twist.
Crews set up on Friday on Broadway between Third Avenue North and Fourth Avenue North, like they have for over the past two decades.
But with the renovation of the Alberta Bair Theater, the entire party will be outside, including the headline band.
This year Alter Ego, from Montreal, will play on an outdoor stage following Billings-based Arterial Drive.
This is the major fund raiser for Billings Clinic.
This year the hospital will focus on funding mental health care in the region.
Money raised goes to the clinic's Sustainable Fund for the Psychiatric Services Residency Program.
