BILLINGS — Update 8:33 p.m. Billings firefighters fought a house fire on the 800 block of Aurora Drive for nearly two hours before putting it out Friday night.
The fire started in an attached garage with what appeared to be a leaking fuel tank from a pickup parked inside, according to Battalion Chief Ed Regele.
No one was injured.
The garage and the house sustained significant damage, Regele said. The siding on the house next door was also damaged, he said.
No word on how many people live in the house or if they were at home.
Four Billings fire engines, Billings police officers and an AMR ambulance responded.
