Five Men In Custody Accused of Causing Damage at Fargo Construction Site

FARGO, N.D. — Five men are arrested after police say they broke into a construction zone near NDSU and damaged property.

Officers responded to 12th Avenue North and University Drive around one o’clock this morning.

Authorities say the men started a skid steer and drove it into the fence and damaged property.

Austin Martz, Trevor Nelson, Mitchell Sanders, Hunter Rosenfeldt and Jedidiah Sylvester are facing conspiracy to commit burglary charges.

Poilce estimate the damages to be thousands of dollars worth.
