23-year-old woman injured in south Wichita shooting

UPDATE: Wichita Police say a 23-year-old woman is suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg but is expected to be okay.
The shooting happened sometime around 2:00 p.m. Saturday in an area near Hydraulic and I-135 in south Wichita.
Officers do not believe the shooting was random and there is no threat to the public. Police did not say if they have anyone in custody at this time.
Right now, Wichita Police are still investigating what led up to the shooting.

According to Sedgwick County dispatchers, Wichita Police are investigating a shooting in the 1500 block of E Berkeley.
