Portion of South Concord closed in Davenport due to water being over the road

A portion of South Concord has been closed in Davenport due to water being over the road.
City officials say due to with the Mississippi pushing over flood action stage of 13.5 feet, they have closed South Concord between River Drive and Utah.
Drivers are being asked to take Rockingham Rd/Hwy 22 to Wapello to Railroad Ave to access the Compost Facility during the closure.
