Woman walking home from work along Texas highway struck, killed

A Denison woman who was walking home from work early Friday morning was struck and killed along a Texas highway.
Kimberly Kuntschik, 38, was headed south along State Highway 91 when two northbound vehicles approached her.
The driver of one the vehicles swerved to miss her, but the second vehicle struck her and then hit the first vehicle, police told KXII-TV in Sherman.
Kuntschik died at the scene.
She was wearing dark-colored clothing as she walked home from work at Ruiz Foods, police said.
Charges aren’t expected against either driver, police said.
