The new Patrick Mahomes Magic Crunch cereal is flying off the shelves like one of his tight spirals in Springfield.

Hy-Vee and Mahomes partnered on the cereal this summer that is similar to Frosted Flakes. Proceeds made from the sale of the cereal goes to Mahomes' charitable foundation.

Springfield's Hy-Vee store is almost out of the breakfast cereal or collector's item, however you see it. Store managers say what's left on the cereal display Monday is the last of it. Each Hy-Vee received a limited amount of boxes. The store is limiting customers to just five boxes of the cereal. Each box sells for $3.99.

If you miss out on getting a box, no worries. Some are selling the cereal boxes on Ebay for anywhere from $17 to more than $100.

“Patrick Mahomes is a true MVP both on and off the field, and is a terrific role model for our customers and football fans alike,” Donna Tweeten, Hy-Vee’s chief marketing officer and chief customer officer, said in a news release. “We’re excited to partner with his Foundation to launch this new cereal celebrating the very special ‘Mahomes magic’ that he’s brought to football fans across the country.”
