Police say shooting victim in north Springfield, Mo. not cooperating

Police say a shooting victim in Springfield Friday morning is not cooperating in the investigation.

Officers responded to a man found shot at the intersection of Kearney and Kansas around 12:30 a.m. However, police say that is not where the incident started.

Police say the man was shot in the arm. Investigators have not released the victim's name.
