Police arrest man after standoff Tuesday afternoon in Springfield, Mo.

A a man surrendered to police in a north Springfield neighborhood Tuesday afternoon after a standoff.
The standoff lasted just short of three hours. Officers surrounded the home in the 1500 block of Cairo around 1 p.m. That is southwest of Chestnut and Glenstone.
Officers arrested Kenneth Friedenberg. Authorities wanted him on outstanding warrants from Christian County.
