Two men shot in separate incidents early Saturday morning in Lansing
LANSING — Two Lansing men were shot in separate incidents early Saturday morning.
At around 2 a.m., an 18-year-old Lansing man arrived at a local hospital with a gunshot wound, Sgt. Jeromy Churchill of the Lansing Police Department said.
Churchill said the man is in stable condition and his injuries are non-life threatening. He said the shooting might have been connected to a party in the area of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Miller Road.
There was a another shooting at 3:20 a.m. near Pleasant Grove Road and Reo Road, Churchill said. A 26-year-old Lansing man was shot and is in stable condition at a local hospital.
Police were not able to immediately find the shooter, Churchill said.
Both shootings are still under investigation.
