Lansing police find missing 11-year-old girl safe

Update, 3:56 p.m.: Vincentia Valentina Soto-Rangel was found, and is safe. 

LANSING — Police are looking for an 11-year-old girl they believe ran away from home. 

Vincentia Valentina Soto-Rangel, 11, was last seen at 6:30 p.m. Sunday in the 1200 block of West Barnes Avenue. 

Vincentia is described as a Hispanic girl who is 4 feet 9 inches tall and 140 pounds. She has brown, shoulder-length wavy hair and brown eyes. 

She was last seen wearing a dark gray shirt that read "Strong Like Mom," black basketball shorts, black socks and black sandals. Police said she has a fading ink heart drawn on her left forearm.
