Man injured in shooting at Lansing Twp. wireless store

LANSING TWP. - A man was injured in a shooting at a wireless store on Monday afternoon.

Lansing Township Police inspect a bullet hole in the door at the scene of a shooting that left one man with non-life-threatening injuries on Monday, July 29, 2019, at the Boost Mobile shop on South Waverly Road in Lansing Township.

The incident happened about 3:30 p.m. at the Boost Mobile store on South Waverly Road, just north of St. Joseph Street.

Lansing Township Police Chief John Joseph said the victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Investigators were looking for a gray sport-utility vehicle containing at least one person, he said.

A bullet hole was visible at the bottom of the glass front door of the store.
