Fairview Developmental Center in Costa Mesa to host fireworks show Thursday night

The rockets’ red glare will be seen in the skies above Costa Mesa on Thursday night, when the Fairview Developmental Center will hold its annual fireworks show to mark Independence Day.

The display is expected to start at 9 p.m. and run for 20 minutes, according to the city of Costa Mesa.

Fairview — a state-run facility that serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities — is at 2501 Harbor Blvd.
