The Supreme Court of Georgia on Monday accepted the surrender of an Atlanta attorney’s bar license after she pleaded no contest to placing a judge’s initials on a court order.
Elizabeth Vila Rogan surrendered her license after initially filing a petition for voluntary discipline that instead had asked for a 12-month suspension, according to the Supreme Court order.
