Whilst Leeds United had a number of players representing their country over the international break, it proved an ideal time for rest and recovery for some of their stars.

Unfortunately, not all of Leeds players received a call to represent their country, with some jetting off in the absence of Championship action.

Leeds’ Northern Irish contingent were in action, as both Bailey Peacock-Farrell and Stuart Dallas impressed ruing their 0-0 draw with the Republic of Ireland, whilst Mateusz Klich started for Poland in their 1-0 defeat to the Czech Republic.

On the other end of the scale, Adam Forshaw, Liam Cooper and Barry Douglas all headed to the Jumeirah Beach Hotel with their respective partners to soak up the sun amongst their friends and family.

Leeds will be desperate to bounce back from their 4-1 defeat to West Bromich Albion against Bristol City next weekend as part of a double header at Elland Road.

They then host Reading on Tuesday night as they bid to move back into the automatic promotion places.
