Bangor police and the Northampton County Drug Task Force on Wednesday served a search warrant at the same location they raided last summer, this time recovering nearly 200 bags of heroin and making one arrest, according to a news release.

Marijuana, drug paraphernalia and cash were also found at 438 Market St., borough police said.

Katie Nicole Navarro, 43, who lived at that address, was charged with possession with intent to deliver drugs, recklessly endangering another person (three counts) and related drug offenses, police said.

She was arraigned from Central Booking and housed in Northampton County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail, police said.

Navarro’s preliminary hearing is tentatively scheduled 9 a.m March 6 in District Judge Alicia Rose Zito’s courtroom in Bangor.

On Aug. 16, borough police and the drug task force entered the same address and recovered methamphetamine and cash, police said. Rebecca Lynn Manfredi, 26, was charged with drug counts, police said.

Manfredi pleaded guilty to a possession with intent to deliver charge and was sentenced to six to 23 months in prison, records show. She was granted parole in December, records show.
