It's the most wonderful time of the year as they say.
The Christmas season is well and truly upon us and we're in the city doing our shopping and everything else that comes this time of year.
The big day is almost here - and for some people that will mean coming back to Leicester, for others it will mean leaving the city.
So that got us thinking about all the reasons why it is such a terrible place to be at this time of year.
Christmas is a time when you want things to do, things to look at and places to go.
And as we've pointed out here, this just isn't really a place you'll find any of that. So here is why Leicester is just a simply terrible place to be at Christmas time.

4. And no one ever goes to see them turned on
5. There's never anything festive to do

7. See, we're starved of Christmas treats
