And the nine others at the top of the most expensive in Leicestershire feature eye-wateringly high figures.
The Ridgeway in Rothley in Leicestershire is said to have an average property value of £1.9m.
Zoopla says the average price for property in the road has risen by 1.39% in the last three months and falling 0.66% in the last year.
The current average value in the road is said to be £1,913,316.
