Police blocked off a city road after six vehicles were damaged following a two-car crash.

Officers cordoned off a section of Upperton Road near the junction with Narborough Road in West End, Leicester, after an incident at about 9.07pm yesterday.

The two-car crash left one of the vehicles on its roof in the middle of the road.

Four other vehicles in the street had been damaged in the incident.

A Leicestershire Police spokesman said: “Two cars were involved. There were four other vehicles that were also damaged.

“No serious injuries were reported.”
