A 44-year old man has been arrested in relation to drugs charges in a street in Coalville.
Leicestershire Police were in the Coalville area when they received concerns from members of the public regarding a man in the area.
Officers attended Berrisford Street, where the man from Leicester was arrested on suspicion of possession of Class A drugs.
A spokeswoman for Leicestershire Police said: "Inquiries were carried out and a 44-year old man from Leicester was arrested.
"He has been remanded into custody."
