Public order incident in Loughborough leads to three arrests by Leicestershire Police

Leicestershire Police have appealed for witnesses after a report of a public order incident in Loughborough at the weekend.

The incident took place at around midday on Sunday in a car park to some flats on Wharncliffe Road.

The incident involved a number of people being reported the police.

A statement from the force said: "Two Loughborough men, aged 32 and 27, and a 36-year-old Derbyshire woman have been arrested on suspicion of affray and have since been released pending further investigations.

"If you believe you may have seen something then Leicestershire Police urge that you contact them on 101 and ask to speak to PC 1845 Mike Green."
