The developer behind a new business park in Lincoln is seeking planning permission for a second phase of eight units which will increase the size of the scheme from 10,500 sq ft to 24,500 sq ft.

The first phase of Taylor Lindsey's Avro Court development in Sadler Road began in July and there is strong interest from prospective tenants.

The proposed units for the second phase offer sizes of 1,000 sq ft and 2,000 sq ft and on-site storage compounds and additional parking will also be offered.

Work is underway at Avro Court

Dan Race, development director with Taylor Lindsey, said: “We are currently building phase one and have been encouraged by the level of interest shown, hence this application for a second phase of slightly larger units.

“Construction of the first phase is scheduled for completion in March 2019. Some of the high-specification units are still available for potential tenants."

Taylor Lindsey began building phase one in July. This is a 10,000 sq ft nine speculative development of industrial and trade counter units at Lincoln Business Park ranging from 750 sq ft to 1,500 sq ft.
