The following cases have been heard at magistrates courts in Lincolnshire:

Ben Adam-Holgate, 23, of Peck Hill, Ropsley, Grantham, case proven for driving without an MoT certificate. He was fined £220, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and costs of £85.

Frank Beattie, of Rudgard Avenue, Cherry Willingham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to driving in excess of 30mph on the A15. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £32 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Ann Marie Brazier, 52, of Bar Lane, Waddington, Lincoln, case proven for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. She was fined £660, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £66 and costs of £85. Her licence was endorsed with six points.

Iain Campbell, 36, of Witham Bank, Chapel Hill, Lincoln, case proven for driving without insurance. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £66 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Mathew Fawcett, 24, of Rivehall Avenue, Welton, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to driving in excess of 60mph on the A1. He was fined £140, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Nagajan Keshvala, 57, of High Street, Navenby, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to driving in excess of 30mph on Canwick Road. He was fined £230, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £32 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Andrew Lou Hing, 33, of Woodfield Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to driving without insurance, outside the authorisation class of a licence and without an MoT certificate. He was fined £572, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £57 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with eight points.

Radkovski Nikolay, 31, of Boundary Street, Lincoln, case proven for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £66 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Philippa Elizabeth Stringer, 33, of Old Chapel Road, Skellingthorpe, Lincoln, case proven for driving without insurance. She was fined £660, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £66 and costs of £85. Her licence was endorsed with six points.

Vitalijus Vilkys, 34, of Wellington Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to driving without insurance and outside the authorisation class of a licence. He was fined £420, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £42 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with eight points.

Dominic Alan Norris, 38, c/o Burton Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to damaging a shop window to a value unknown belonging to St Barnabas Hospice, theft of beer to the value of £4 belonging to Carholme Food and Wine, entering Carholme Food and Wine as a trespasser and stealing therein lighter fluid and sambuca to a value unknown and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was committed to prison for 19 weeks and ordered to pay compensation of £4.

Aryn William Jones, 21, of Lincoln Road, Dunholme, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to damaging a window to a value unknown. He was ordered to pay compensation of £160 and costs of £85.

Adam Daniel Skinner, 27, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to assault by beating. He was given a community order for 12 months, fined £100, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £90 and costs of £85.

Sears Miller, 28, of Carram Way, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to sending an electronic communication that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character. He was given a restraining order for six months, fined £400, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £40 and costs of £85.

James Connors, 21, of Sheffield Road, Thorney, Lincoln, was convicted for driving without insurance and outside the authorisation class of a licence. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £66 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.

David Cave, 51, of Parsons Court, Louth, pleaded guilty to driving with 42 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £150, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £32 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for three years.

Derek John Purvis, 37, of Greyling View, Greyling Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to having a blade or sharply pointed article in a public place. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £32 and costs of £85. He was deprived or his rights in a knife.

Andrew James Weavers-Ward, 38, c/o Hermit Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment. He was fined £50 and detained in the courthouse.

Paula Ann Dixon, 40, of Laughton Way, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to theft of assorted food and drink items to the value of £248.54 belonging to Waitrose. She was fined £80, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £32 and costs of £45.

Daniel Kecka, 22, of Melbourne Road, Grantham, pleaded guilty to driving with 279 micrograms of benzoylecgonine per litre of blood, 11 micrograms of cocaine per litre of blood and possession of a quantity of cannabis a controlled Class B drug. He was given an electronically monitored curfew for eight weeks, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 60 months.
