A huge dinosaur is set to visit the opening of Smyths Toy Superstore in Lincoln this weekend.

Standing at 4.5 metres in length, the T-Rex will be outside the opening of the shop on Tritton Road Retail Park on Saturday, March 23.

Dinosaur enthusiasts will be able to see the Jurassic model when it is on display from 9am until 4pm on the day.

Paul Dearlove from Schleich UK said: “It’s a huge challenge moving our T Rex around the country, but worth seeing the kid’s faces when we do.
