Police have seized a number of items after a drugs raid on a Lincoln home.

Officers stormed a house in Hermit Street on Wednesday, May 13 to execute a drugs warrant.

Officers smashed their way through the door using a ram.

A force spokesperson has revealed that a number of “drug related items” were seized but said specifics couldn’t be divulged due to an ongoing investigation.

No arrests have yet been made but the force says enquiries into whether any offences have been committed are ongoing.

Police raided a home in Hermit Street, Lincoln

Lincoln North Police were the division of the force which carried out the raid.

They posted about the raid on their Twitter page.

The post read: “Do you think we knocked hard enough?

“The big red key had an outing today on a warrant on patch.

“I wouldn’t recommend you try it, [it] might cost you a new door.”
