More than 100 people are tipped to pop down as a Starbucks drive thru opens in Boston.

The new store, which has created 16 jobs for the area and is the first of its kind in the town, opens at the Quadrant, Wyberton today, Monday, September 9.

A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held to mark the opening at 9am and will be attended by Boston mayor, Anton Dani.

A big crowd is expected with Starbucks gifting the first 100 customers a goodie bag containing, coffee vouchers, chocolate coins and a reusable cup.

The store will be operated by franchisee Kbeverage LTD – and the business says it can’t wait to get started.
