The following cases have been heard at magistrates courts in Lincolnshire:

Thomas Frank Eyre, 29, c/o St Peters Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment and damaging a Lexus to a value unknown. He was committed to prison for seven days and ordered to pay compensation of £200.

Amy Marie Head, 31, of Summergangs Lane, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour which was racially aggravated. She was fined £80, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and costs of £85. She was detained in the courthouse.

Emma Louise Reynolds, 38, of Anastasia Close, Gainsborough, was convicted for two counts of failing to ensure children of school age attended on a regular basis. She was fined £200, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85 and costs of £100.

Gemma Heather Bell, 32, of Scawby Crescent, Lincoln, case proven for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. She was fined £660 and ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £66. Her licence was endorsed with six points.

Nikolajs Cubrevics, 33, of Church Drive, Lincoln, case proven for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £66 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Connor Ryan Faherty, 29, of Lindsay Avenue, Newark-on-Trent, Newark, pleaded guilty to driving in excess of 30mph on the A156. He was fined £40, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Arnestas Jucys, 27, of Sleaford Road, Newark-on-Trent, Newark, pleaded guilty to driving in excess of 70mph on the A1. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Ronaldas Kaulavicius, 31, of Woodvale Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to driving in excess of 30mph on Lincoln Road. He was fined £180, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Jack Eaun Miles, 20, of Laburnum Drive, Cherry Willingham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to driving in excess of 30mph on Skellingthorpe Road. He was fined £73, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Jonathon Cameron Smith, 22, of High Street, Castle Bytham, Grantham, pleaded guilty to driving with 53 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £250, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 14 months.

William Henry Andrews, 48, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to theft of toys to a value unknown belonging to Tesco. He was detained in the courthouse.

Dylan Doran, 35, of Cross Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment. The order is to continue and he was fined £80.

Callum John Bradley, 27, of Roman Pavement, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to assault by beating and failing to surrender to custody. He was fined £630, ordered to pay compensation of £50 and costs of £85. He was detained in the courthouse.

Scott Terry Rogers, 45, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to damaging a Toyota Aygo to the value of £2,900 belonging to Lagat Training. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay compensation of £100.

Adam James Copeland, 24, of Gresley Court, Grantham, was found guilty for assault by beating, he pleaded guilty to driving outside the authorisation class of a licence, without insurance and damaging cell M6 in Grantham Custody Suite belonging to Lincolnshire Police. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months, fined £175, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85, compensation of £50 and costs of £85.

Edward Papaurelis, 18, of Newark Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 120 hours within the next 12 months, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85 and costs of £85.

Allan Peter Hearne Myerscough, 18, of Dunstall Walk, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty to having a weapon designed or adapted for the discharge of electricity. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £20 and costs of £85. A taser device was forfeited and destroyed.

Joshua Clucas, 24, of Highfield Avenue, Lincoln, case proven for riding a motorbike while not wearing protective headgear. He was fined £220, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and costs of £85.

Elizabeth Curtis, 53, of Long Street, Great Gonerby, Grantham, case proven for driving in excess of 70mph on the A1. She was fined £220, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim service of £30 and costs of £85. Her licence was endorsed with three points.

Paul Custance, 58, of West Lane, Girton, Newark, pleaded guilty to driving in excess of 70mph on the A1. He was fined £146, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Jessica Marie Marriott, 27, of Alexandra Road, Grantham, pleaded guilty to driving in excess of 30mph on the B1174 and in excess of 70mph on the A1. She was fined £80, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £60 and costs of £170. Her licence was endorsed with six points.

Natalie Pitts, 27, of Church Street, Sutton Bridge, Spalding, pleaded guilty to driving in excess of 30mph on Bridge Road. She was fined £300, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and costs of £85. Her licence was endorsed with six points.

Alexander Louis Hayward, 26, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to assault by beating. He was committed to prison for 14 days concurrent to that serving and ordered to pay compensation of £115.

Craig Martin Hooper, 29, of Tennyson Street, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty to resisting a constable in the execution of his duty. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay compensation of £100.

Pawel Mariusz Krolikowski, 41, of Coleby Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to having a knuckle duster and a lock knife in a public place. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 120 hours within the next 12 months, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85 and costs of £85. He was deprived of his rights in the knuckle duster and lock knife.

Mark Anthony Patterson, 40, of HMP Lincoln, Greetwell Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to entering The Dog Adventure Shop as a trespasser and stealing therein a charity tin to the value of £50. He was committed to prison for 16 weeks, ordered to pay compensation of £50 and costs of £120.

Craig Nigel Simon, 45, of Lincoln Road, Nettleham, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis. He was fined £576, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £57 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months.
