With Bonfire Night hot on our heels, shops are stocking up on food and drink to warm our cockles while we watch fireworks light up the sky.

And Morrisons' Guy Fawkes night offering may just be hotter than the bonfire itself, as the supermarket is selling sausages that contain no less than three of the world's hottest chillies.

The supermarket has launched a pack of porkers which have been given the nickname of 'Hellfire sausages', and when you hear what's inside them you'll understand why.

The first, and hottest chilli inside the sausages, is the Carolina Reaper - which has an eye-watering heat rating of 1,569,300 Scoville units.

Then there's the Trinidad Scorpion chilli, which also isn't for the faint-hearted, as it has a heat rating of 1,463,700 Scoville units.

Finally you'll find the Naga Ghost chilli, standing at 1,041,427 Scoville units.

Are you brave enough to try Morrisons' Hellfire sausages?

That's a lot of chilli - even for the spiciest of sausage connoisseurs. You needn't worry about quality, either, as the bangers are made with 'The Best' sausage meat, so you can put your heat threshold to the test safe in the knowledge that you're not compromising on good meat.

If the information outlined above still hasn't scared you off, you can buy a six pack of Hellfire sausages for £2.50 or two packs for £4 in Morrisons stores across the UK (stock dependent).

They're only available until 19 November, so if you want to buy some there's no time like the present.

Campbell Breakwell, Morrisons Sausage Buyer (yes, that's an *actual* job), recommends keeping a glass of milk close to you if you are feeling brave enough to give the bangers a go.
