MADISON, S.D. – The Marshall 14U Orange softball team captured the 12-team Madison (S.D.) tournament this past weekend. The Tigers won their pool on Saturday with victories over Pierre, Brookings and Salem to earn the No. 1 seed in the six-team single-elimination championship bracket. On Sunday, Marshall earned a 4-1 victory over Dell Rapids in the semifinals before earning a 7-0 victory over Watertown in the championship game.
