A Boston suburb has been named the best place to live in Massachusetts, according to Niche.

The website recently released its “2020 Best Places to Live in Massachusetts” rankings, which includes “several key factors of a location, including the quality of local schools, crime rates, housing trends, employment statistics, and access to amenities in an attempt to measure the overall quality of an area.”

Brookline, part of Greater Boston, scored first place on the list. The overall list also included multiple neighborhoods located within Cambridge. The first town outside of Eastern Massachusetts was Westborough at number 30. Western Massachusetts sees its first ranking at spot number 34 with Williamstown.
