Avril Lavigne announces small U.S. tour with a stop in Michigan in 2019

Avril Lavigne is about to head out on a small, 15-date 2019 North American tour with Detroit being one of her stops.

The Grammy-nominated singer will be at the Fox Theatre on Saturday, September 28. Tickets (starting at $29.50) go on sale Friday, June 28 at 10 a.m.

THE BIGGEST CONCERTS COMING TO MICHIGAN IN 2019

The tour is in support of Lavigne’s sixth studio album, “Head Above Water,” which she released this past February. The album debuted in the Top 10.

$1 from each ticket will be donated to The Avril Lavigne Foundation. The Avril Lavigne Foundation supports people with Lyme Disease, serious illness or disabilities. Through programs and grants, it provides prevention resources, funds treatment and accelerates research to provide hope and transform lives.
