JACKSON, MI - It was all color and shine along the streets of downtown Jackson for Cruise In on Friday, Aug. 23.
The classic and collector car gathering was hosted by Jackson’s Downtown Development Authority. The annual car show takes place the fourth Friday of the month from May through September.
With cooler temperatures and a sunny sky, crowds strolled the displays as car and truck owners stood ready to share stories about their prized possessions.
The Summer Pops concert from the Jackson Symphony Orchestra featured songs from the best of Broadway in Horace Blackman Park during the Cruise In.
The last Cruise In of the year is scheduled for Sept. 27.
