3 sentenced in employee-assisted McDonald’s robbery in Jackson

JACKSON, MI – Three people who robbed a Jackson McDonald’s are now in prison.

Kevin Graham, Erika Hinton and Brianna Nicholson all pleaded guilty to the November 2019 armed robbery of the McDonald’s at 407 W. Prospect St., court records show.

Nicholson, 21, was an employee and helped plan the robbery, police said. Graham, 25, and Hinton, 32, covered their faces and entered the restaurant with a handgun, then demanded money from the safe and left, police said.

Hinton was sentenced by Jackson County Circuit Judge John McBain on June 23 to three to 20 years in prison, Michigan Department of Corrections records show.

Nicholson was sentenced the same day by McBain to five to 20 years in prison, records show.

They are both in the Women’s Huron Valley Correctional Facility.

Graham was sentenced by McBain on July 29 to five to 20 years in prison, records show.
