After defeating Las Vegas Lights FC 3-0 in the first game on Saturday, the Colorado Rapids drew 2-2 in the second clash of the preseason doubleheader at Cashman Field in Las Vegas.
Both teams held the lead at points in the game. The home side, looking to make the USL Championship playoffs in 2019 under new head coach Eric Wynalda, took the lead just before halftime, through Cristhian Hernandez, before Dillon Serna found a quick equalizer just before the break.
Nicolas Mezquida then gave the Rapids the lead at the hour mark, but a quick equalizer came again, this time through Lights FC's Christian Torres.
