Well, Louisiana happened to have their own #FloridaMan challenge near the capital city yesterday. Louisiana State Police arrested a Florida man after he was found to be in possession of cocaine during an I-10 traffic stop.
Troopers stopped an eastbound 2018 Kia Niro for a traffic violation on I-10 near Port Allen in West Baton Rouge Parish. During the course of the traffic stop, Troopers became suspicious of criminal activity and requested consent to search the vehicle. Upon doing so, Troopers discovered nearly 51 pounds of cocaine.
The man was arrested and booked in the WBR Parish Jail for Possession with the Intent to Distribute Schedule II Drugs.
