A prominent Vermont family held a private fundraiser for Joe Biden on Saturday evening at their home in Norwich.The Stetsons' fundraiser was closed off to TV media, but it is likely to bring in money for the presidential hopeful who is making his bid for the 2020 presidential election. The former vice president started his weekend in New Hampshire, spending time with supporters Friday and Saturday morning and holding several events, including a town hall, before making his way to Norwich. Christopher Di Mezzo, with Vermont Democrats said, "The party has had no role in the Biden fundraiser -- though we welcome all 2020 Democratic candidates to the state and partnership at any level."
