Vermont's only Pier 1 Imports location will close in the coming months, according to store management. The company hasn't released a full list of store closures; however, a list of 260 stores — including Vermont's — have been erased from the company's website. While store managers confirmed with NBC5 that the location will close, they did not disclose a specific date for the closure. The location first opened in June 2014.
